The 3-Week JUMP-Start includes:
(1) Private Consultation & Functional Fitness Assessment- we all can develop bad habits with form, exercise techniques and overall movement due to muscle imbalances. Let’s assess your individual body type, body structure, strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, core stability, neuromuscular system and develop the best plan to get you back on track.
(3) Private Training Sessions- we’ll work 1-on-1 and go over whatever you need. Whether that’s getting rid of any bad habits that may have creeped in by brushing up on the proper form and technique….learning New exercises, techniques and variations…..developing an entirely new program or advancing you UP to the next level, we’ll do what it takes.
(1) Private Nutritional Coaching Session - Don’t we all love our food? Sometimes, though, we don’t love what it does to us! Actually, it’s our personal views and consequent bad habits that we can develop over time that get us in to trouble, right? At this consult, we’ll go over what you are doing right, what you are doing wrong and, more importantly, what we need to do to fix it.
(1) Customized Fitness Program - based on what we do and learn about what works best for YOUR body during our sessions, we’ll map out a take-home program for you to follow to keep those results cosistently coming.
